LUXE HQ LTD – STUDENT AGREEMENT, RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS

The Trainer (Luxe HQ Ltd) agrees to:

Provide training consisting of both theoretical and/or practical elements, depending on the course, with theory delivered via an eBook training manual and/or online learning materials.
Provide the student with a training space that meets all required working, protection, health and hygiene standards.
Provide a safe and supportive learning environment at all times.
Issue the student with a certificate upon satisfactory completion of the theoretical and/or practical parts of the course programme and any required assessments.
Treat the student respectfully and professionally at all times.
Provide light refreshments on training days where applicable.

The Student agrees to:

Attend the training as agreed with the trainer and arrive on time.
Observe all hygiene and safety procedures within the training venue and take full responsibility for their own actions while on the premises.
Treat all equipment, materials and resources provided with care and respect.
Provide at least 72 hours’ notice if they are unable to attend or need to cancel or reschedule a training session.
Confirm that they hold the correct qualifications and/or prerequisites required to attend the selected training programme.
Accept responsibility for arranging their own insurance, including student insurance when carrying out models or case studies outside of the training venue.
Agree to the payment terms set out by Luxe HQ Ltd, including deposits and balance payments.
Pay the full remaining course balance no later than 48 hours before the course date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accept full responsibility and consent to receive emergency first aid if they sustain a sharps or needle-stick injury during training.
Indemnify Luxe HQ Ltd and the training venue against any liability, damages, costs or expenses arising from treatments performed by the student outside the training centre or while working on models during or after training.
Acknowledge that Luxe HQ Ltd and the training venue are not responsible for the student’s business success following certification.
Treat the trainer and all staff members with respect at all times.
Accept responsibility for providing their own models where required.
Ensure that all models complete consultation and consent forms prior to treatment.
Confirm that they meet the prerequisites required to obtain professional insurance after completing the course.

BOOKING, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Training dates may be held for up to 24 hours only while awaiting a deposit. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm the booking.
Failure to pay the deposit within the 24-hour holding period will result in the date being released and the booking not being confirmed.
Once a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the course date.
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of all fees paid and the need to rebook at full cost.
If the student fails to attend the course without notice, this will be treated as a no-show and all fees will be forfeited.
Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be refused entry to the practical session and will be classed as a no-show, with no refund or free rebooking.

TRAINER RIGHTS

Luxe HQ Ltd reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue training if a student behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, or unprofessional manner. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Luxe HQ Ltd reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training courses due to unforeseen circumstances, staff illness, venue issues, or low student numbers. In such cases, students will be offered an alternative date or credit.

TRAINING MATERIALS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All training materials, including eBooks, manuals, videos, worksheets, images and course content, remain the intellectual property of Luxe HQ Ltd.
Training materials must not be copied, shared, sold, reproduced, or distributed in any form without written permission from Luxe HQ Ltd.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

Students and models may be photographed or recorded during training for educational and marketing purposes.
Consent will be requested where required, and individuals may opt out if they do not wish to be included in promotional content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Luxe HQ Ltd is not responsible for any loss of earnings, business opportunities, client income, or future success following completion of training.
Certification confirms training has been completed but does not guarantee insurance approval or business success.
